Pesky Pack Plays Host To Cincinnati

ELMIRA, NY - The Elmira Jackals, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and AHL's Rochester Americans, continues their three-game home stand tonight against the Cincinnati Cyclones. The Jackals are 2-1-0 against Cincinnati this season.

Tonight the Jackals host the Cincinnati Cyclones for the first and only time at First Arena this season, following three meetings at U.S. Bank Arena. The Jackals visited Cincinnati last Wednesday for the final time this season as a part of their six-game road trip and they showed their resiliency in the third period with three goals to storm past the Cyclones 4-2. Each team traded goals in the second period just 22 seconds apart with Taylor Stefishen getting the Jackals on the board with his eighth goal of the season. In the third period, Lucas Bloodoff tied the game on the power-play just 47 seconds into the final frame and added the empty-netter to seal the victory. Mike Seidel buried the game-winning goal in the third period as a part of a three-point night. Lucas Bloodoff's three-point evening was his first professional multi-point game. The Jackals are 22-14-6 all-time against Cincinnati.
