DULUTH, GA -
The Elmira Jackals, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres
and AHL's Rochester Americans, announced today that they have traded
defenseman Rob Florentino to the Florida Everblades to complete the
future considerations from the October 15th trade, which sent Kevin Hart
from Florida to Elmira.
Florentino, 25, skated
in 18 games with the Jackals this season as a forward and defenseman,
notching two goals and 35 penalty minutes. In 38 career ECHL games with
Elmira, Reading and Las Vegas, Florentino has recorded four points and
54 penalty minutes.
